I just bought this locomotive second hand on ebay and it behaves really funny. Sometimes, out of the blue it starts to stutter and go back and forth a little bit. It also increases and decreases in speed without touching the controller. The general speed of the loco also seems slow and it makes a loud humming noise when it sits still. Something is off here. Anybody got any tips before the ebay seller gets a bad feedback from me?

This is my wife and youngest daughter tubing at Big White. There is twenty-two 0.8-second images stacked. Turned out pretty well I think.

Southern Barred Frog, Mixophyes australis, from Ourimbah, New South Wales, Australia.
This was the first time I've encountered this threatened species at Ourimbah. While they are common in the nearby Watagan Ranges, this location is further south and probably the southern limit of its extant distribution, unless populations persist in the Blue Mountains region.
The species formerly occurred as far south as Victoria, and there is a program underway at Nowra, south of Sydney, to try and re-establish the species in that region.
