Lots of pipes in the way. Remainder of the plasterboard still to be removed. Adhesive dots need drilling off to provide smooth (ish) surface to offer up new plasterboard.

Zoom in and see that these manufactured stud walls are composed of glued and staples OSB sheathing on top of pine 2x6s, with pressure treated sole plates.

Separating a bedroom from an en-suite. The client wanted the sides built up and an arched perspex window above the door (following the existing arch).
Toilet to be replaced with a back to wall toilet. This will require the pipe boxing to be built up to accommodate the hidden cistern.
Unsure whether to build it right up to be level with the window sill.

With exterior siding removed, they installed a double stud to carry the wide header across the new opening.
