I've finished an initial revision of the stand Nick Trotta built for Storm's Edge. I've made the design files available here.
Obviously the *ship* is the real star of the show, but I'd like to use the stand to display a couple other ships I have, and thought other people might value the design.
I didn't have very detailed images to work off of, so it's not as close of a replica as my other digital designs. In particular I know Nick's stand has a little more going on in the center of the base.
Next step is to order some parts and build it, and work out any final kinks in the design!

This is by far my biggest build and it was also the most challenging one. It also took extremely long from the first digital design to the final build, since I was unable to move a stud for almost 2 years, due to building a real house. ;-) Most of the design was actually finished almost 3 years ago, so quite a bit before LEGO released the Daily Bugle. When that happened I lost the motivation to really finish it, but I finally re-visited it some months ago to finally finish it.
The skyscraper has 8 floors, which are fully furnished. It sits on two standard baseplates, is 107cm high and weighs about 16,2kg. The build contains 22.801 pieces and consists of 9 modules. It can be easily integrated into existing city layouts following the modular standard.

My 99.8% complete office/studio space. It's a quaint lil' 10'x9' room, but i LOVE IT and it's all mine! I still have more organizing to do, and a few more blank spaces on the walls to fill.

Handmade studded Punk, fetish, leather collar from 3mm veg tan leather dyed black and hand stitched with red thread, the collar is lined with brown suede.
DIY studded vintage combat boots. I handmade these boots after I salivated over the boots selling on the Free People website. The price tag(over$300) warranted getting crafty on my part.

I wanted Gina to be accurate to the scene I was depicting, the kit comes with her in an evening dress, however the balcony scene shows her in a large sunhat and a billowing bell shaped dress. This resculpt isn't finished, but it's an improvement in accuracy
