This picture is from my end of the year trip to Ottawa. We got to stay in groups of 4 in college dorms that smelled horrible, were crappy, and yeah. BUT on the plus side, our dorm actually had all 4 chairs (some didn't...) and a microwave and a fricken fridge with a freezer! We made use of these lovely appliances by making crappy microwave popcorn and freezing our shirts (it was flipping hot in there)
Ottawa was really fun :)

My latest picture is somewhat tragic. And you’ll excuse my artistic flair, but I don’t do sad very well. I just want to inform you of this recent even.
As an ITP patient, my worst concern has come to pass. Hemorrhage in the brain.
I am undergoing treatment and condition is stable.
With all the drugs in me, mainly high doses of the steroid prednisolone bleeding will have stopped.
But I have suffered , and my motor skills are damaged especially on my right .

A protein that is only present in damaged brains and absent from healthy brains persists in stroke patients’ brains long after the event and may explain residual disability.

Hung out with bikers at Stroker's. Did a little drawing while I was there. Hotter than Hades for sure. Temp was 100 with a heat index of 103. Didn't quite get it finished but it was getting late and we had a long drive back.
