Here we see the outside seating at a typical restaurant in Madrid shortly after sunset. The crescent moon and Venus are visible in the darkening sky.

We were in Madrid Spain for about 4 days at the end of February 2020, just weeks before the pandemic was getting out of control in Madrid and the rest of Spain. We felt lucky that our travel plans took us to Portugal on February 29/March 1 via the night train to Lisbon where the virus spread was under control much better than it was in Spain.

This would have been easier if I had been in Ireland. However, finding this in Bradenton, FL, USA made it a more interesting image to capture.

Used the viewfinder - was a handy tool especially for getting the angle of the road. It started raining so had a few nice splatters with my Inktense pencils.

Cow Town is a Working Museum started back in the 1940's when many of the original buildings from the 1870 and 80's era were being lost. On a tract of ,then considered waste land, along the Arkansas River, it is now the heart of the Museum District in Wichita, Kansas, USA.

Such bright days (1st November) are just a distant memory.
