A favorite location and photo subject near my house. A ragged, downscale building with interesting arches and stepped roof design, painted blood red. A clutter of tree stumps, door, dumpster and other detritus. Tree shadows added camouflage to nearly conceal the young woman and her dog.

▶ If you squint just so, it might be a rural snowstorm...but it's not (rural, that is)!

in salamanca, madrid, the rhythm of the streets slows for a heartbeat, captured in black and white. the textured pavement tells stories of countless steps, a quiet imprint of humanity’s passing. a single stride, deliberate and fleeting, brushes past the lines, a symphony of motion and stillness.

salamanca hums softly, the air heavy with elegance and history.

It had been a long and hot day, after our meal we went for a stroll in the town centre, at last in some cooler air.

Beaune is the wine capital of Burgundy in the Côte d'Or department in eastern France.

It is located between Paris and Geneva.

Beaune is one of the key wine centers in France, and the center of Burgundy wine production and business.

The annual wine auction of the Hospices de Beaune is the primary wine auction in France.

The hospice structure, in the town center, being one of the best preserved renaissance buildings in Europe.)

The town is surrounded by some of the world's most famous wine villages, while the facilities and cellars of many producers, large and small, are situated in the historic center of Beaune itself, as they have been since Roman times.

With a rich historical and architectural heritage, Beaune is considered the "Capital of Burgundy wines".

It is an ancient and historic town on a plain by the hills of the Côte d'Or, with features remaining from the pre-Roman and Roman eras, through the medieval and renaissance periods.

I enjoy taking pictures of this guy. Corner of Wall and Franklin, Bend, Oregon

The now called Beam Theatre is opposite the Kebab shop and you can see the wall of the theatre at the end of the alleyway.

México City. I will be traveling in Mexico in February and March. I hope to take some great photos to share.

A Snapshot of a Streetscene in Hongkong, shot with the Sony A7 Mark 2 and the Sony FE 70-200 F2.8 OSS GMaster at F=2.8.

I wasn't going to post this pic as the figure's face isn't visible but thought because it isn't it gives an 'air of mystery' about the shot. The yellow reflection above where the person's head is looks a little like a crown. If you squint a bit...😁Plus I do like the colours in the photo!

As usual, any comments, both positive and negative are appreciated.

Graz is a wonderfully positive and friendly place in Austria. Its rich history, beautiful architecture and dynamic urban environment make it a pleasure to photograph!

I guess I am hoping for some snow. Street scene in Cheyenne, last February.
