One of the many alleys and laneways in Asakusa.
1. The blue doors and canopy at the left of the photo is a small restaurant serving whale sushi - note the whale pictures on the canopy.
2. Notice the clothing on the two pet dogs. Japanese love to dress their pets especially in winter!

These two hanging out in the Peoples Square play Beatles nothing but Beatles, They struck a chord with me.
Two journeymen guitarist who have been around long enough to have actually seen the Beatles. The guy in the black shirt, his name is Paolo but he was doing George Harrison proud. The guy in the white shirt, I forgot his name but he had both Paolo McCartney and John Lennon down pat.
No computer process or fill in background music to improve their sound just organic vocals and and acoustic guitars with a little amplification to help fill the square with "Baby You Can Drive My Car" or "Here Comes The Sun."
1915 postmarked postcard view of a grain elevator at Medaryville, Indiana. This business is shown in the 1904 Sanborn™ fire insurance map set for Medaryville and is identified as the Crabs, Reynolds & Taylor Grain Elevator. In the 1909 map set, little had changed except the name. The elevator had become the Guild & Robinson (lessees) Elevator with Crabs, Reynolds and Taylor as owners.
The elevator was located on the northwest corner where the Monon Route (Chicago, Indianapolis & Louisville Railroad) crossed Pearl Street. The photographer was facing northwest from the southeast side of the Pearl Street crossing. The elevator business office was in the wood frame building on the corner. The 1904 map set shows the railroad depot one block south on the southeast corner of the Main Street crossing, but the 1909 map set shows a larger depot structure about ½ block farther south.

As I sat waiting , watching the people around me and taking a few shots. I was checking the light and took a few of these two. I got lucky when the girl happened to get something right and her expression changed.

During a lunch stop in the Cannonball Motorcycle race at the Powder Keg Harley Davidson located in the Kings Mills suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio. People were crowding in to get a look or a few shots of the pre 1917 motorcycles and their riders during a brief stop in their 3000+ mile cross country adventure.
