While walking along Randolph Street last Saturday, I spied a backhoe operator stacking rubber orange traffic cones, one at a time, by hooking the lip of one cone onto the claw bucket's teeth, lifting it up over the pile, gently lowering it, and pulling the claw away. I was impressed and gave the operator a "bid thumbs up."
