Please have your sound on. As you may gather I am no expert at taking a video - but I hope you enjoy it.

Our hiking directions drastically played down the stream crossings. A few were easily navigated by hopping rocks but a few parts necessitated taking off your shoes or saying "Fuck it" and just plowing through the water. Towards the end of our stay, I was the first to enter "Fuck It Mode" and Ian shortly followed.

Sta notte sono abbastanza riflessivo e quindi posto questa fotografia che per me è stata abbastanza riflessiva. Il titolo non è dato a caso, ma coglie il senso dello scatto. Spesso capita di trovarsi in luoghi in cui ci torniamo di frequente e che li "viviamo" da moltissimo tempo e con i quali abbiamo condiviso molti momenti. Per quanto possa risultare scadente, in metropolitana, ho passato molto del mio tempo. Ogni mattina la prendevo per dirigermi a scuola e facevo le corse per arrivare (più o meno in orario), e con lei ho condiviso molte, se non tutte, le mattine di parecchi anni. Ed eccola che passa...non tornavo da tanto a prenderla, ma lei è sempre lì che scorre, che sembra ricordarmi che ha conservato tutto ma che contiene dentro di se tante altre mattine di tante altre persone.
Questa foto è realizzata con una sovraesposizione ed un leggero aumento dei contrasti. Dopo aver letto la descrizione sarà chiaro che non è nient'altro che una metropolitana che mi passa davanti. Banale come scatto in effetti, lo trovo anche io, però rivedendola mi ha colpito la fermezza delle linee e i colori; quasi mi pare vedere una maglia rossa di qualcuno pronto a scendere alla fermata.
