I bought a smartphone. Experimenting with it. Toying with the notion of using the camera on it when I don't have access to my normal camera.

Took this through the windshield while waiting for a light to turn green. Sunshine has been a rare commodity around here lately. Looks great!

In wandering through Flickr, I've found a new word: "bokeh". It's Japanese and means: "the subjective aesthetic quality of out-of-focus areas of a photographic image".

Here's some bokeh for you. Taken at a stoplight on the way in to work this morning.

In the market for a new car. On a whim we decided to test drive the Kia Sportage, 2011 model. It's so fun!! My son and I love it, but the smart one in the family keeps pointing at the used Ford Edge.. lol. We'll see how it all pans out :)

I was gifted these super cool LED stop lights. This is a stainless steel lid to protect the fixture when it is outside.

Summer Road Work in Saline so we get some new yellow ones.

Long exposure of a nearby stoplight. Had to wait in the cold for a good hour for that car.
