I'm concentrated at work to get my stocking top exactly right. Although with this long skirt nobody can see my stocking tops, I myself cannot stand it when they are misaligned so regular checks and corrections are still required. It's a delicate task that I love to do, yet with so many skirts and petticoats it's not that easy so a helping hand from a friend would be welcome too.
They need to be checked regularly, not because it's necessary but just because I can. Stocking checks are my favourite hobby; I absolutely love them!
I expect my guests to arrive any minute now so let's do a quick final stocking adjustment to make sure they are aligned well and make my legs look at their best. That magical little pull upwards feels so incredibly feminine and sensual, it's pure joy for me to do and surely for others to see. Heck, most likely when my guests have arrived I'll do another "casual" stocking adjustment just to entertain them, and to entertain myself too of course. They are good friends so they know how I am and they appreciate me for being me, so no doubt they will fully understand the need for stocking adjustments every now and then.
In today's culture of baring it all and leaving little to the imagination, sometimes less can be more...as is showing a little less. A subtle glimpse of the stocking top can have quite an affect on your date after all.

I can think of only one use for flimsy underwear like this and it sure ain't doing the vacuuming :) seen five years ago today on Granville street in Vancouver.
This short satin teddy shows my legs and stockings very well; in fact it's so short that my whole stockings are visible including the lacy stockings tops. This makes stocking adjustments super easy: I just take the stocking tops between my fingers and instantly enjoy that sweet feminine and seductive feeling. Way too easy and way too tempting to resist, so stocking adjustments are happening left and right all the time. Such a joy for me to do, and hopefully equally enjoyable for you to see.
My miniskirt is long enough to be decent and elegant, yet short enough to be sexy and flash my stocking tops. Perfect length I would say.
My black hold-ups are fine and do not really need any adjustments. But hey, this miniskirt is so short that access to my lacy stocking tops is very easy so my fingertips kind of automatically go there anyway. That sweet pull upwards feels so delightfully feminine to do and it never fails to show my legs and silky stockings at their best. That's plenty of good reasons for such "unnecessary adjustments".
I'm wearing black hold-up stockings to match the color of my black miniskirt. The stockings look good and highlight the shape of my legs well because they visually outline them with a dark line due to the round curvature of my legs. The stockings also feel silky soft and smooth and make me feel delightfully feminine. Stockings are a joy to watch and a joy to wear; Paula is happy.

All that dancing may have jeopardized my stockings; possibly my hold-ups have slid down a bit. Let's lift my skirt to have a look and check if my stocking tops are still neatly in place or not. Hmm, the white silky stockings look great on my legs but I'm not really sure if both stocking tops are still perfectly aligned, it's difficult to tell in this position. Lets just make sure that everything is alright by doing a stocking adjustment anyway...

Wonderful to have this warm weather and be able to wear summer frocks again. But... what a quandary ....I just can't resist wearing stockings no matter how warm; it just feels and looks so much nicer. Anyway, had a lovely day's shopping and enjoyed getting out again.
