I'm always wearing hold-up stockings and with this white satin slip the choice for white silky hold-ups is obvious. Let's do an extra stocking adjustment just to show them a bit better. The procedure is easy: first lift my satin slip a little, then take the stocking tops between my fingertips and finally give them that divine gentle pull upwards. This feels so delightfully feminine and is such a joy to do; it's really heaven for me.
I started knitting these on June 7th and just finished them today, October 24th, 2010.
Pattern is from Vogue Knitting Spring/Summer 2009.
I was outside on the balcony earlier but I went inside to check and adjust my stockings. After all this is a personal, vulnerable and sensual duty that is better performed in privacy without any neighbors watching. But oh well, all Flickr is watching, never mind that. 😉
Anyway, stocking adjustments are always a pleasure to do. It feels so wonderfully feminine to lift my skirt a little, take the lacy stocking tops between my fingers and give them that delicate pull upwards to put them properly in place again. It's feminine, it's fun and it's a nice sweet tease. I hope you enjoy my stocking adjustment also and if you like you're welcome to inspect my stockings a little closer to make sure they are alright.
Generally stocking tops see far too little sunshine, which is a shame beacause their sexy lacy beauty deseves to be displayed much more often.
