I have been showing my photos here since 2008 and I am happy about everyone who likes the pictures and who I can bring a little joy to with them.
Model photography in particular is becoming more and more expensive. Fees for the model are a given, as is the rent for the studio. I would be even happier if you would like to support my work with a small contribution. Donations are welcome

A few months ago a professional photographer I bumped into while on Stetson University campus showed me how a rainbow is formed from the fountain when the sun strikes it just right. Well I later found today how the spray combined with the sun and looking at it at the right angle enhances the rainbow effect.
Here I'm looking NE towards the corner of the library. Not sure if that guy sitting in that bench works for this shot, but what could I say to him?
This is my new "straw" Stetson. It cost 50 bucks. Ouch! But when you have been searching for the right hat for like 8 years, you gotta go for it. I got a closet full of cheap crappy ones that don't fit right!

Off to the Chinese grocery store for our monthly Asian food run. Across the street from the grocery store is the Tampa campus of Stetson Law School. The law school was built on the site of a old prison or police station. I can't remember which it was but either way it seems appropriate.

This is from The Family of Children, published in 1977, a collection of photos of children taken by 218 photographers in 70 countries. I bought the book to get this photo!
The book was dedicated to Edward Steichen, renowned photographer who had created an exhibition The Family of Man. As luck would have it, I had already posted Karsh's portrait of Edward Steichen.
