Photographed in rural British Columbia. This pickup has Warn Locking Hubs in front and a neat custom grille guard. (Back in the days when bullbars or grille guards were installed because they were needed by working men while driving in rough off-road areas and were not just status symbols on new trucks or suv's like they are now). I'm surprised that this truck is badged as a Ford and not a Mercury considering that I photographed it in Canada.
>>>Timothy McMahon<<<This is a 1956, originally from CT it was a plumbers truck. When he retired in the mid 70s he converted it to a motor home. He and was wife drove it to florida. It has a 235 with an updraft carter bb1 .
The rust continues to win and I think the momentum/advantage is slipping away from the truck at this point

This is the secondary truck. Like the first one, this almost always appears daily, though it appears at night. Sometimes, very late. As you can tell, it's one of many old Stepvans of a particular configuration that quite frankly, I don't know where they come from.
Even though it's quite bland, it's still a decent truck in my eyes. Plus those LED headlights, which appeared during my stay, are neat as well.

This has been sitting here for many years..it looks like the old GMC grill was removed and that ugly thing put in it's place..I wish I knew how old this was.
One of my projects, it's a1962 Chevrolet stepvan, all aluminum. It's one of the rare short ones with the full width doors on the back and roll down windows. Plansa re to turn it into a vintage Ice Cream truck.
