The powerplant of the Pratt & Withney engine is by Pratt Withney itself, but the complex controls and lift components are by Honeywell and Rolls Royce respectively.

Where ships used to wait the Tidal River Avon and the Floating Harbour to match water levels we have static skiing by the use of fixed generator with a winding mechanism which pulls the skier from one end of the dock to the other.

We have had water skiing in the docks before but was starting from the Harbour Masters office with the skiers pulled with large speedboats.

This is a much eco-friendly way.
