Early morning walk.
A week since we last walked round Wilstone Reservoir. Barely light now when we get up at 5.15, and by 5.50 we were in time for a proper sunrise. There was a draining static heat but the red sky and brooding clouds gives some hope that the weather may break today.
In that week the farmer here has completed the harvest and already ploughed some of the fields. The summer is definitely on the turn.

This is a cylindrical panoramic of the locally famous water-tower on top of the abandoned Lebow Clothing Factory near greenmont cemetery and visible from i-83. The tower got is recognition in 2007 when it was tagged by graffiti artist Adam Stab with a Batman style mural. At the time it was the most present mural in the city:

Only months after the paint dried, it was painted over, but not long after stab re-tagged it with a similar but redesigned tag:

Caught this as I was walking pass a Hong kong building with a mirrored celling. Watching the people go by and ignoring what am doing. .. it's great!!

Forester Moth Adscita statices, Derbyshire july 2016. Many thanks to a very thoughtful and enlightened landowner who has fenced off a corner of his field to create a wildlife rich flower meadow. Quite a few of these and lots of other butterflies and other insects.

I allways banked on about a third of the model weight. It managed just over 100 grams. With a total all up weight of 337 grams it should be just about enough.
These eyes are animated static eyes, each eye is one prim, and sculpted to fit over the eyes. Rather than spheres like typical prim eyes. These eyes are available in several colors at the mainstore located here:
