Ok I already started to consume all my Christmas sweets.... ;-)
That reminds me that I should start to do some jogging again, lol.
Back to work tomorrow. It should be relaxed at work because there is nearly nobody there this week.

60 years after I first started coming to this spot, here I am again and something worth celebrating is coming past. Just a pity that Falkland Road Station wasn't still here like it was all those years ago. The Class 50 Alliances two Class 50s, Nos 50007 Hercules and 50049 Defiance were busy over the August bank holiday weekend hauling the three day Pathfinder Grampian Highlander Rail Tour, and here in top and tail mode with 50007 leading they pass the site of Falkland Road Station on the Aberdeen to Leven leg of their long journey back to Taunton.
After a freakishly-cold summer, it’s October and we’ve finally started to burn off the layer of fog and haze and this week has blessed us with some amazing sunsets. This was from Tuesday I think; headed down there after work to get this. I feel so blessed that this is 20 minutes from my house.
Thanks everyone for your honest input on yesterday. I think we both over-reacted. My experience when I see some amazing work is to complement and to ask questions and use it as inspiration to better myself, not to feel rejected. I suppose that was her way of dealing with other things too.
Okay, I’m going to start with yesterday and comment on every single one of your guys photos, it’s the least I can do. And then I have the kids this weekend so we’re going to have some fun! (getting them new reading books, go to the park, shoot a quick wedding, and then have a ping pong tournament in the back yard)
Have a good weekend, and yes that’s a direct order.
Starting the week in a nice, short pleated skirt. I have a couple of long ones and other short ones planned for the week and so there will be variety in length ;-)
An awesome days exploring the legendary Pyestock National gas turbine establishment , hooking up with LED Eddie and AndyK!
This day was great from start to finish. stunning location, playing hide and seek with the guards and dogs, having lunch in the Airhouse and getting in and out without being caught.
roll on the next visit

Mal wieder nicht ganz scharf und eigentlich ein Bruchteil einer Sekunde später, als ich haben wollte.
Zum Start des neuen Jahrzehnts passt es aber.
Guten Start und guten Flug!
Again not quite sharp and actually a fraction of a second later than I wanted to have.
But at the start of the new decade it fits.
Have a good start and a good flight!

We are starting a new season...Autumn, my favourite season. I always start it out by putting out my Fall decorations.
The first 6x6 TLR camera in my tiny collection, functional, lenses clean and generally in a very nice condition:

A fisherman has just finished pushing his "gozzo" (typical Ligurian fish boat) into the sea ... now he can start.
I grew up being taught that only American cars were cool and that Japanese and European stuff was lame. As I grow up I am slowly starting to realize that is a really sad way to go about cars...and life. This Suby is dope and I like that I can appreciate it now.
What do you do when all you have learned to trust is suddenly taken away? Some of you have followed Rusty's story-that he was rescued from horrible conditions...Then in the last two years, learned how to love again-his new Master...Rusty's new Master recently passed away...Thankfully, a friend took him in, and he now lives with Gwenivere and a lively family...Rusty doesn't know why his Master has left him, and for a while would not eat...Now, he recovers yet another time...His wonderfully big heart teaches me much...
Gwen is more focused, on the left...Rusty needs a little more time...

Leaves are starting to turn along the Strasburg Railroad as Norfolk and Western 611 was backing onto its train for the run back to Strasburg.
Soon, the Brown Season will be upon us.
Are you ready!? The winter sale starts tomorrow! We'll be listing lots of new styles, new colour blends and sizes every day until Christmas Eve. They will be very limited and many of them One-of-a-Kind.
