This was to honor my late grandfather who enjoyed Star Trek. This is one of my RPG ships as well as one I use in Star Trek Online.
This November United Federation Starfleet presents a celebration of fandom and fellowship with their annual “Fleet Week” featuring talks, art shows, live performers, DJs, dances, and, of course the Admiral’s Banquet.
WELCOME: Sun Nov 12, 1200-1500 SLT
Fleet Admiral Kermie Mistwallow, Commander-in-Chief, UFS, gives an introductory speech, followed by Admiral Poison Toocool, Deputy Commander-in-Chief. Each ship of the line will be featured in a short presentation. DJ Twist Firebeard will then mix-it-up with his masterful stylings, heating up the dance floor for a great opening party. Held at the Banquet Platform, UFS Pinastri, Second Life.
ART CONTEST SHOW: Mon Nov 13, 1900-2100 SLT
Join host Greg Esharham to view the entries for the UFS Art Contest 2023. The theme for the show is ‘The Future.’ Come and take a look! Enjoy the garden, discuss the art, and dance to the eclectic music of DJ Hal Jordan. Held at the Banquet Platform, UFS Pinastri, Second Life.

Real life artist Commodore Lizzy Austen presents “Butterflies & Roses,” a talk and original art display. Hosted by Admiral Poison Toocool. LIVE music by instrumentalist KALAYNA TROI ((TaylorRaeJunior)): Kalayna has been playing the flute for more than twenty years. Her repertoire is all over the charts from oldies to pop hits. Held at the Banquet Platform, UFS Pinastri, Second Life.
NOONTIME CONCERT: Wed Nov 15, 1200-1400 SLT
UFS Communications presents two great LIVE performers. At noon SLT, we feature TRAV MCCOLLOUGH: Trav has been performing in SL since 2008. He has a warm style that welcomes you into his music whether it be country, pop, folk or classical. He loves to sing your requests and dedications and has an extensive list to select from. You're sure to have a good time. At 1300 SLT, JOSHUA VOX takes the stage. Joshua has been playing nightclubs, theater and parties professionally in RL for well over two decades. He is a songwriter too, vocalist and founder of the synthpop/rock band called Cast in Steel that also performs throughout Brazil with the Rock Legends project with original songs and covers from the 80's and 90's. He brings all of his real-life energy, vocal brilliance and his musical experience to Second Life. His repertoire of music is quite elaborate with so many different music genres from classic, opera, classical crossover, movie soundtracks, pop and softrock. Hosted by Commodore Evelyn Rieko. Ohhh, yes, it’s that time of year again. A time for ghosts and goblins, witches and fairies, elves and hobbits, pirates and mermaids, to come out of the shadows to party! There will be no shortage of opportunities to show off cosplay outfits and snappy costumes at UF Starfleet’s “SpookFEST,” being held Friday October 13th (yes, that’s right (in a deep, menacing voice): ‘Friday the 13th’) and Saturday October 14th in Second Life @ UFS Pinastri Headquarters.
Starting off the FEST will be DJ 'Naida Starchild' and Host 'Evey Riley' with their “Witches, Warlocks & Magic” theme for ‘Cosmic Rift’ set on Friday night, October 13th, starting at 7pm SLT/PDT, at Club Latinum. Dress is casually witchy! Magical! Spellerific! Brooms optional. Fun, supplied! Naida spins great music that transcends you, helping you transport to another place and time. Beam in, be charmed, and dance the night away!
Next up will be a very special event! One day only! A must-be-there! The “Addam’s Family Reunion!” Held at the Macabre Graveyard by the eerie Haunted House, this event features spine-chilling music by DJ Jyclops and a Costume Contest! Hands, strange uncles, gothic styles, black and white stripes, annoyingly upbeat roommates… all welcome! Hosts: Evelyn Rieko, Evey Riley, Siobhan Crystal, Poison Toocool.
