My nerd card is renewed for another year.

This is a movie era USS Enterprise bridge done with TOS colors and unique uniforms. It is showing both angles for maximum viewing.

This is a bridge from the Nova class starship.

This is a Hallmark Christmas ornament hanging from our Christmas tree. I used Photoshop to black out the background and then add the lighting effects.

Today's FGR theme was "Live Long and Prosper", and I happened to be going to San Francisco (home to Starfleet Command Headquarters in the Star Trek universe). So how could I resist stopping on the way back home and doing the Vulcan salute in front of the Golden Gate bridge?

But that's not the only salute I did. That's because I've recently been reminded by a few flickr friends that a year ago in Italy, I was quite the fan of doing "The Shocker" in photos. The funny thing is that I think I'd only learned about The Shocker just prior to that trip, and soon after the trip I'd kinda forgotten about it. But if you look through the photostreams of the flickr friends we went to Italy with last year, you'd think that's all I did the entire trip. So because of that, I had to throw The Shocker into today's photo, as well.

BTW, if you don't know what The Shocker is, I don't want to be the one to teach you such inappropriate things...

Thanks to Torinel for making this for me for my Star Trek RPG.
