Macro Mondays theme: Wing
An aggravation of pigeons has short circuited my last nerve, so I decided to forego natural things and raid hubby's toys for the tiny wings on Corgi's Red Dwarf Starbug. The model is about 2.5" long.

This is my first attempt at Star Trails. Taken in my back garden while on holiday on the Norfolk Broads. Taken using 1x 30 minute exposure, not the correct way to do it but it worked for me :)
One of my only focused flying dragonfly pictures (my first attempt) and it gets photobombed by a duck...

Floyd, pointed through a gap in the trees.
"What in tarnation is that thing? Why, it's a giant bug", Clem shook his head in disbelief as he pondered the craft.
"A giant bug made of... metal. Hey Clem, you know, I think I can fly that thing! Get that P-47 Thunderbolt, pilot's manual out of the glovebox."

Okay, I guess it's time to stop posting cups of coffee here and there. Especially in my 365 shots, but lately this has been the only time in which I can take the camera out of the bag and enjoy some time "for me". I couldn't resist the Voigtlander Nokton lovely bokeh once again. I am really satisfied that I can produce such images with it, and somehow want to share, and share and share.. I guess, that's JOY :). Now thinking back for the photo, it was indeed peaceful moment from my day. It's time for me to sleep now, so sweet dreams and "see you again" in 6 hours.
The Jupiter Mining Corporation transport vehicle Starbug (full name Starbug I) is a relatively small shuttlecraft, green in colour. It has three bulbous sections, the cockpit, midsection and engine rooms, somewhat resembling a bug from the exterior.
This is a micro build that is still too large when placed next to the mighty Red Dwarf....
