I walked into Russ trying to fix the machines. I didn't think there was anything wrong with them to my knowledge. But what he did to them was to try to lessen the glitches the come up working on them, and make them louder when you finish checking out. I don't know why anyone would want to make them louder unless you like that kind of feedback, but it's been a few weeks since this picture was taken and those machines sounding off is probably the most annoying thing I deal with at the restaurant...

The focus and sharpness improves markedly once you stop the Orion 28 f6.0 down to f11. Still not as good as the Summaron 28mm f5.6 though. It does have a nice mid tone rendition due to the low contrast.

I know, this is NOT the way one should use Ilford SFX... but I got only one film back and I couldn't miss this picture, so a total waste of the film's infrared capabilities in this case.

This is an art instalation consisting of the Catchers of Light (Cazador del Sol) invented by René Hildebrand. The rings are made of fluorescent material and placed on elastic rods. In such mass they create a sci-fi forest.They have been displayed in several locations in my city, Katowice, Poland.

This is the first picture from my Mamiya that I uploaded not shot with my 110mm lens. Unfortunatelly, the 50mm is not mine, I just have it borrowed for some time. I will buy one in the future, I like it a lot.

A variety of shots taken the past weekend, including the Scott Kelby walk on my Canon Elan 7e, with the Canon EF 16-35L F/4 USM IS lens.

This was taken on the 800 LPM film Adox CMS 20 II. I shot it at ISO 12, and stand developed it in 1:200 Rodinal.

2ml of Rodinal to 498ml of water.

Let the developer aclimatize to room temperture (20-22°C) at 15 minutes.

1 minute Stop

7 minutes Fix (fresh solution)

30 seconds Wet (fresh solution)
