The theme is "stacking", so I virtually stacked photos of my daughter in the chair, one behind the other. I explained the concept of the photo to her, and she grasped it in her mind, and she knew what I needed her to do in each pose. Beauty and brains, thats my girl.
3 photos stacked in helicon focus :)
I couldn't get closer or shoot more because my reversed lens isn't sticked to my camera, neither does my extension tube (I have to hold it :( and do everything manually without a stand) so it's hard to take a lot of photos with different focal depths :(

South Stack Lighthouse off the North West coast of Anglesey. Breathtaking sea views from the steep granite cliffs above the lighthouse.

The old stackers from Portal 37 are slowly deteriorating in the background of the more modern Lynch 3 flood loader as R614 is seen loading below. If you pay close attention, you can spot the antifreeze mechanism built by Jerry Williams in action; this contraption sprays the car with Antifreeze to prevent the coal from freezing to the side of the hoppers. Definitely one of my new favorite angles for sure.
When we moved in to our house our friends brought us this plant as a house warming gift. I have no idea what its called but it has these interesting flowers every so often. I tried focus stacking with 7 images - not entirely successful but it was fun!
One by one, off the trolley and onto the stack. The small "sticks" inbetween each piece allows for airflow so the slabs can dry more evenly.
Coincidently, it also make it much easier to pick a piece off the stack without jamming your fingers!
Some very enthusiastic Short Stack fans, showed me this while they were in the line. (I wasnt actually seeing Short Stack...just passing by)
More fun photographing a stack of CDs edge-on
The blue color and pattern in the background is a Flickr image on my computer monitor.
Celebrate the colors of Christmas with these pretty little stackers. Garnet and jade pair up with two simple stacking bands to let you create your own festivities. Slightly offset bezel set cabochons allow you to create your own favorite shape by facing the stones towards each other for a tight formation, or away from each other for a more separated look
Stacking images is challenging. First, a subject that stands still, then focusing at different distances. Thats the hard part. If the fly doesn't move and you can see that subtle change in focus, you might get something. Four images ... Canon T2i, Canon EF 100mm macro f2.8 L, Zerene Stacker, Lightroom 5.
A Photoshop of an old smoke stack across from the Helme Snuff Factory in Helmetta, NJ. It's a little off because it was a dark shot and in the original picture you really couldn't make out any detail of the building at all, the sun only lit the clouds. I decided to darken the sky to try to match the dark building a bit, plus I like the blue anyway. I also decided to leave the trees a silhouette because they were very grainy from enhancing the light.
