“I became aware that there was no barrier between what was inside and what was outside. My body was illuminated by a bright light. I heard with my eyes and saw with my ears. I used my nose as mouth and my mouth as nose. I experienced the world with the totality of my senses as my spirit gathered and my form dissolved. There was no distinction between muscles and bones. My body stopped being heavy and I felt like a floating leaf. Without knowing it, I was being carried by the wind. Drifting here and there, I did not know whether I rode on the wind or the wind rode on me.”

As I was coming out of my apartment to get the bus one foggy morning this week, I noticed several old spider webs on the railings which were covered in dew. I took several shots with my macro lens. I noticed that I could see the reflection of the apartment in the drops. I played with the colors and added the bokeh texture for drama, and I flipped it upside down. I thought it worked better as a composition and really increased the brightness of the drops of water. The textures were created by me with the Stackables App on my iPhone. #stackablesapp

And here is another from my day at the zoo.
This one posted for Sliders Sunday, but it's far from happy.
This exemplifies my problem with visiting a zoo, and especially viewing the primates.
This had originally been made with the Fuji, then turned into line art and sent to my iPhone. There in the Stackables app, various versions were created and then exported back to the computer where in Ps, they were combined and edited some more.
Waiting for the ferry after work and praying that the rain held off because I forgot my umbrella, I noticed the lone sailboat briskly making it's way to dock. It looked like it was trying to outrun the rain also, but it was right under a large, imposing cloud. #stackablesapp

Reality doesn't impress me. I only believe in intoxication, in ecstasy, and when ordinary life shackles me, I escape, one way or another. No more walls.”
