This card was mainly inspired by the inspirational photo with several apples at the current Paper Smooshes Challenge. It combines the Back to School theme from that challenge and the Lawnscaping Challenge with the Home Grown Theme from Simon Says Stamp's Monday Challenge and the Tie It Up Theme from Simon Says Stamp's Wednesday Challenge. (Actually, my Big Shot tied this bow for me ;o).)
All stamps from PS "Falling for you". The big apple from that set was stamped with Distress Ink and then colored in with watercolor pencils.

Submitting this card for the SSS Monday challenge. LOVE die from MFT, Big hugs and birds are from Lawn Fawn.
I used Bazzill Marshmellow cardstock and covered it with Distress Ink in Spun Sugar, Worn Lipstick, Abandoned Coral, Squeezed Lemonade, and Mustard Seed. I used the Memory Box Shine stencil with Mustard Seed Distress Ink and the Tim Holtz Doily stencil with embossing paste mixed with Worn Lipstick Distress Ink. I separated the stencil designs with some washi tape. After I used various stamps from the Tim Holtz Urban Tapestry stamp set using Stampendous Aged Silver embossing powder and Delicata Golden Glitz Pigment Ink. My sentiment was heat embossed on a small vellum circle using the SSS Apothecary Labels stamp set. I finished off the card using some PTI dies and scrap cardstock I had lying around. #sssmchallenge

I haven’t worked with alcohol inks for a while so I was happy to get back into it with the @simonsaysstamp January card kit. I did the background with the ink included in the kit, Patina, and Denim and Silver mixative from my stash. I die cut the included snowflake die out of metallic white cardstock, and hand cut the banner for a wintery card. I’m entering this card in all of Simon’s challenges (the theme is something new (the kit)).

These little guys are all set to get wild and crazy for a birthday celebration. The Candle dies are from MFT, the little wild monsters and sentiment are from Mama Elephant. This is my submission for the SSS Monday challenge, Wild things.
I'm back to share a card using a new favorite background die, @heroarts Papel Picado (literally means cut-up paper in Spanish, love it) along with Color Layering Hibiscus, which I've been meaning to use for the longest time. Something new for @simonsaysstamp challenges (all 3 of them). I received this cute Xmas mouse as a freebie with my Black Friday Simon order, but didn't have time to color him during the holidays, so a bit of masking turned his Santa hat into a woolen hat and voilà, Winter/Valentine mouse. This is the first of two cards. Colored with Copics.

The new #sssmchallenge provided the starting point for this card that I made to wish my friends lots of fun on their upcoming road trip. Fun to make, but it involved a lot of masking! I traced the #heroarts Map Grid stencil lightly, then placed masks for all my images, blended 3 shades of green thru the stencil, removed the masks and colored some of the images (that's the actual color of my friends' van) and finally made a layered frame. Stamp set is from #heroarts. #sssmchallenge, #heroarts, cardmaking, #handmadecards.

Go 4th! I made a quick 4th of July card to join in @simonsaysstamp Monday and Flickr challenges (themes are red, white and blue and anything goes, respectively). The kitty stamp (I masked off his scarf since he's from a holiday stamp set) and fireworks mini-stencil are from Simon, the sparkler and alphabet (I made up the sentiment) are from @heroarts. The patterned paper is from an older Simon card kit. I used Simon and @wowembossing powders for the fireworks. Happy Birthday, America!

This card came together quickly using the November @simonsaysstamp card kit. I almost felt sorry cutting into the pretty papers especially the embossed floral, which has to be the prettiest ever included in a kit. All products from the kit except the copper washi tape from @queenandcompany. I'm entering this card in Simon's Monday and Flickr challenges.

As far as songs stuck in your head go, I suppose you could do worse than Hakuna Matata. I finally got around to playing with the #heroarts #mymonthlyhero June 2017 kit and add-ons. That's Timon and Simba singing together while Zazu flies overhead. Sorry, Pumbaa, no warthog stamp in the set. I modified my original design to add some stenciling so I could enter this card in #sssmchallenge. I used only the dots and lines from the Tribal Shapes stencil. Are you humming the song yet?😉

My cubicle is in need of some color. I created this for the SSS Monday challenge, anything but a card. All dies are from Sizzix, with the seahorse and sand dollar from Tim Holtz. Everything is cut from chipboard. Background was done with Ken Oliver's color burst powders.
This is my second card with this new-to-me cute @simonsaysstamp mouse in a different color scheme. The sentiment is also from Simon, the background die is from @elizabethcraftdesigns.

That cute rainbow in the #sss September card kit was begging to be included in #thedailymarker30day challenge, so I did simple coloring with Zig markers and then did a ton of stamping (thank goodness for stamp positioners). The birthday candle in this set is adorable. I'm entering this card in both #sss Monday and Flickr challenges as well. 🌈🌈🌈

Stenciling is the theme for all three of @simonsaysstamp challenges, so I made this quick card to join in the fun! I inked Distress Oxide inks through the Playful Circles stencil (this is a 3x3 mini stencil, so I moved it around to cover the panel) then stamped a few striped circles and triangles from the Birthday Bits stamp set in white ink on Desert Storm cardstock. I ink blended the same colors, then die cut the Painted Hello die and added a strip of parchment vellum. Have a great weekend!

As soon as I saw the striped heart stamp in #sss September 2017 kit I thought "ombré " for some reason. So I stamped a few hearts to practice creating the ombré effect with different Tombow markers and varying amounts of water. I had a design in mind and intended to cut out the hearts but when I was finished I was surprised to see that I had aligned them almost perfectly (I didn't use a stamp positioner). So I took it as a sign that my practice piece was supposed to be a card! I'm entering it in the #sssflickrchallenge, #sssmchallenge, and #thedailymarker30day.

Simon Says Stamp Monday challenge blog (www.simonsaysstampblog.com/mondaychallenge/) challenge is monochrome. I decided to test out my Ben Oliver color burst powder on the leaf. I was worried it would be too bright for what I wanted, but it turned out perfectly. I sprinkled red and yellow powder over the embossed leaf image from Simon Says Stamp on brown paper and sprayed it with water and copper colored perfect pearls to get a beautiful shiny leaf.
