Seriuosly, gel plate printing is addicting! And it's pretty quick! This was another print I made using Oxides along with the SSS Geo Leaves stencil. The technique creates so much texture and dimension even though it's one layer! I finished it with a SSS Painted Hello die.

This layout is based on the October Week 1 challenge at Let's Get Sketchy (letsgetsketchy.blogspot.com/).

I love adding stamped & colored images to my layout. Here I was able to customize the tennis shoes, which is a Simon Says Stamp exclusive - All Boy- stamp set, with Aaron's school colors. This layout is entered in Simon Says Stamp Flickr Challenge 31 "Anything Goes" (www.flickr.com/groups/simonsaysstamp)

I colored the tennis shoes with Zig Clean Brush Markers and entered the Daily Marker's 30 Day Coloring Challenge (www.thedailymarker.com/).

I made this Fall card using Simon Says Stamp's Leaves and Scribbles stamp set and coordinating dies. Also the "Thanks" is cut from the SSS Thanks die. Water colored background is done with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers.

I made this for the SSS Flickr Challenge #30 which is all about Fall which is my favorite time of the year, the colors, the smell of the air, the light in the morning...it's been my fave season since childhood.

I made this for guest designing in SSS Flickr Challenge #72. I used "Warm Christmas Wishes" , "One with Nature" stamps set from Simon Says Stamp.

If at first you don't succeed...make a pink background. I was trying out @jennifermcguire's technique for layering #distressoxide inks, my first color palette was too yellow and bright enough to light up a small city, plus I somehow misaligned the @concordand9th Flower Turnabout stamp, and everything ended up in the wrong place‍♀️. Trash that, deep breath, start over. I hardly ever do pink, but I like the final result paired with @simonsaysstamp Modern Rose Blooms. Birthday stamp also by Simon and border die by @crafterscompus. I'm entering this card in Simon's Wednesday and Flickr challenges.

My card for the Simon Says Flicker Challenge #109 - Let You Stencils Shine! I used the Thanks and Leaves stamp set SSS101894 for the sentiment and leaves and the Square Dance Stencil SSST121410 for the background. I applied my ink over the stencil with one color and then slightly moved the stencil to the right just a bit and applied a second color. I made this using the SSS January 2015 card kit. Thanks for taking a look. Since I used new products (stamps and papers) from the SSS January 2015 card kit I decided to add this to the current challenge.

I made this using the beautiful SSS / Winnie & Walter Big Bloom stamp set. I used Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers for the watercoloring and a Lawn Fawn Thanks die.

I just love this stamp set!

Fiery frosted cupcake anyone?

One more quick card using the sweet treats stamp set from CZ + Simon Says Stamp.

I coloured a few of these cupcakes in different colours and love how you can go to town with the frosting.

For the background, I had some practice watercolours left on my palette that I used for the smoosh and simply fussy cut and mounted the cup cake image on it.

I think I might end up making a few more of these 😀

Even More Spring Flowers by SSS.

My entry for the SSS Spring Flickr challenge. I die cut the small blossom & center from SSS Bella Bloom. 3 of the vellum blossoms were colored with Memento markers Dandelion, New Sprout & Lulu Lavender before attaching them to the uncolored blossoms. The little pearls were colored with matching Copics. The dot from SSS Card-Exchanging Friends was stamped in Versamark & the sentiment from Warm Wishes was stamped in VersaMagic Jumbo Java. I used a bit of foam tape to mount the blossoms in the negative die cut circles. Thanks for looking!

For this card, I used the etched crocus die along with the boho circle stencil from SSS.

Created for #SSSflickrchallenge#31, anything goes. SSS dies used, Balloons, stitched squares, stitched rectangle .and super heart border. Puppy from circle of friends. Sentiment from Birthday balloons. Birthday background from MFT.

Made this using the new Christmas Wishes stamp set from the Simon Says Stamp Fun and Festive release. I heat embossed the word tree and then applied distress oxide inks in Wild Honey and Lucky Clover with the tiny ink distressing tools from Tim Holtz/Ranger. Used Vintage Photo distress oxide to make the trunk and then added Diamond Stickles for snow. Adding this to the SSS flickr challenge of anything goes.

Another card for the SSS challenge and Love challenge. Used SSS 2Stitches Square dies, Cosmos Flower Background and Falling Snow stencil. Inspire to use this stencil by seeing Rosali's fabulous card. Just goes to show its not just good for snow!! Blogged here

On a bit of an orange kick:>) I got this stamp set last fall and finally used it. The background was made with leftover ink from my brayer when I did some gel pressing, new stamp set and just learning how to gel press. Adding this to the Simon Says Stamp challenge, All Things New. This was much harder to make than it looks. That fake snow is tough to work with LOL! I used SSS Gingham Background heat embossed in red. The sentiment is from Lawn Fawn Be Merry die cut!

One more card for the SSSflickrchallenge#50 ! :) I used the SSS Oh Happy Day stamp set again and pigment inks from My Favorite Things, along with card stock from my stash. I added gems for some bling and popped the sentiment up on foam tape for some dimension.
