Each year, thousands of yogis from around the world travel to Times Square to celebrate the Summer Solstice with free yoga classes all day long in the heart of NYC. On the northern hemisphere’s longest day of the year, take part in this global celebration.

A photograph of the newest Times Square hustlers. Today several person dressed as Mickey Mouse, Minnie, Elmo etc. run up to little children and entice their parents to take pictures of them with the kids.
Then they shove a bag or in this case a Christmas stocking into the faces of the parents expecting a "tip"
No less that eight of these costumed hustlers were working the corner W44 St. and Broadway.
There are two Victorian Park Pavilions in the People's Park in Limerick.
The one located on the St. Joseph's side of the park was reinstated in 2017. Two plaques set into the floor read as follows:
‘A Limerick Civic Trust FAS Environment Project Opened by Cllr. Joe Leddin Mayor of Limerick in 2007’.
‘A Limerick Civic Trust/FAS Environment Project With the assistance of Limerick City Council and Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Job Initiative Scheme’.
The similiar structure on the Pery Square side of the park was reinstated in 2003. The two plaques read as follows:
‘Officially opened by Cllr. John Cronin Mayor of Limerick in 2003 to mark Limerick Civic Trust’s 20th Year.’
‘A Limerick Civic Trust FAS Environment Project With the assistance of Limerick City Council. Seamus Carr Architects, ARUP Consulting Engineers’.
