This wax bee comb appeared in a fairly exposed position in a Cotoneaster hedge on 30 May 2010 in Norwich. It was presumably abandoned as it is not in a sheltered spot. (2 pictures – face and side)

A Robin feeding from my Feeder. Unlike the Blue Tits, who are comfortable balancing on there all day, the Robin is a flurry of wings and mild panic.

Two birds engaged in a chase, perhaps the lower one (woodpigeon) avoided the predator by creating a stunning diversion !
