The springrolls were all arranged very artistically/dangerously.

Still hooked on spring rolls :) Yesterday, the main ingredient used here, (white beans), was used to make #chocolate chip #cookiedough, and with the leftovers, I favored a #savory #lunch. Made a quick #curry, and it was an afterthought to go for #springroll 😉. Blitzed the #beans and used the #curry as Dipping sauce, plus fresh lime & coconut milk.
