City of Bristol Tennessee was hanging items at the Downtown Center in Bristol, Tennessee on Friday to kick off the Spread the Glove program. The City puts gloves, scarfs and hats for the public to use of they are in need of such items when the weather gets cold. This is the third year for the program.
