This was a spread I created for C Magazine, St. John Fisher College's entertainment and fashion publication. Because it was a travel story, I wanted it to look like a scrapbook, so the photos are tilted with a frame and a slight drop shadow to create depth. In addition, each of the black boxes is a caption for the photos. I thought the black boxes looked clean and reflected the drop cap in the beginning of the story.
This story was written by the student in the photo, Chelsea Puntillo, and edited by me.
