I have always loved Split window coupes. I think they made a big mistake not continuing this design for a few years.

But the powers at GM at the time didn't like them.

They sited poor visibility. I have to agree it would make for a small area in you rear view mirror, but with out side mirrors you could get by.

This coupe was at the cancelled car show on Sat. They are really rare Corvettes and you hardly see them at a show. Even Corvette shows.

"Marjan" is the new Jadrolinija's ferry with capacity of 1,200 passengers and 130 cars. It's boat worth more than 60 million HRK built in shipyard Kraljevica. This is the fourth ferry (the ferry "Cres", "Supetar" and "Holy Krševan") built in Croatian shipyards for Jadrolinija, and is also one of the largest passenger ships so far produced in a Croatian shipyard for any Croatian passenger shipping. "Marjan" sails on the route Split - Supetar. Among other things, the boat has air-conditioned saloon with capacity of 800 passengers, and is equipped with hydraulic ramps for loading / unloading vehicles and escalators for passengers.

Porta Occidentalis. Originally a military gate, from which troops entered the complex, the gate is the only one to have remained in continuous use to the present day. In the 6th century, above the gate a small church dedicated to St. Teodora was added.
