I just got my first pair of reading glasses. Still getting used to them.

The lenses may magnify the suns rays and cause a fire. I think the positioning of these is very irresponsible.

This architectural model was on display at Complexe Desjardins, showing several proposed new buildings for the Quartier des Spectacles

'For my Master', one of the spectacles of the 11th Court Dance Festival organized by the court ballet 'Cracovia Danza', performed by Barbara Segal (UK) and William Tuck (UK) during the gala evening in the courtyard of the Royal Castle Wawel, Kraków, Poland.

This pair of half-rimmed spectacles has served me well, and its final passing should be mourned in some insignificant way, I suppose. It kind of broke while I was typing, ironically, since it's gone through a lot worse.

Heather and I show off some retro glasses we found in the Lions Club International donation boxes. I think those frames suited me. When I'm an old timer I'll be sure to find a set like that. hahaha.

My Wife has this nifty little glasses case which opens at the press of a button (Spring loaded) I recorded the mechanism with a 13 sec exposure. I wore a black glove to start the motion, this helped to hide my skin tones against that black background. Crafty eh? ;-)

Spectacles around the early 16thC were held by the bridge up to the face. They did not pinch on the nose.
