this tasteful fellow is the star of a mini golf place in cocoa beach.

The Space Shuttle Endeavour (OV-105) atop it's modified Boeing 747 transporter as it made its way on its final flight to Los Angeles. Here it was captured in the hot and hazy skies over Sunnyvale, about 2 miles south of its pass over Moffett Field in California.

This was shot from a beach about 80 miles north of the launch site. Unfortunately, the camera wasn't sensitive enough to capture how cool it really looked. This shows from its appearance until the solids burn out. You can't see much until about halfway into the video (:57 left).

It didn't happen on the 17th so we came back on the 18th.
