This was a blast to build. And was inspired by the builds @troublesbricking made while I was travelling Europe. While on holiday I managed to track down this squad of space babies so that when I got as soon as I got back from holiday I could get into building this moc.
When I am an old woman I shall wear purple
With a red hat that doesn't go, and doesn't suit me

Yes, spaceships really CAN be inspired by poems. Go figure.
Hope you enjoy, please C&C! :)

Cliché Rodian bounty hunter Ronnagond Jarra doesn't always like her starfighters flowery and pastel-colored, but when she does, they have big guns.
I think that flattery/bribing emulation is really underrated. This one's for you, Pascal.
Oh, and it's also the first of three ships I made for the 14x14x6 Starfighter Contest.
Check out the tech here.
EDIT: Let me know if this works. (The pearl gold should be tan. :P)
EXTREMELY LATE EDIT: Well that first edit didn't work at all.
After Roulfe's success with terraforming Mars, demand was high for them to expand their fleet of atmosphere-altering cruisers.
Yeah, so.... I built this during SHIPtember, and did finish it within the month of September, but I didn't have time to take photos right after it was finished. Then it sat on the shelf as I really couldn't figure out a way to photograph it properly (most of that struggle was due to a high level of apathy). So here it is. It was a fun build, but I didn't have time to refine some areas that are still a bit rough. Still haven't decided if this will come with to Brickwold '18 this year.
Check out the Imgur post for some behind the scenes stuff.
Hope you like it!
A lone traveler arrives on her ancient and long-deserted home planet in search of her race's most sacred treasure.
Why was it deserted, you ask?
For the same reason she brought her lightblade.

Here we goooooooooooooooooooo!
1.) Purple
2.) Spaceship,
3.) Spaceship,
4.) SPACESHIP!
5.) Man, it feels good to upload something up to par. (Though if you feel like I'm wrong in that respect, please don't fail to let me know!)
6.) Too bad I had to dismantle My Eurobricks HSH entry, though. (Which has just topped well over 200 faves and ranked fourth in the contest.*yay!*)
This ship was cannibalized of its purple dishes to make the entry and I've only just reconstructed it. ;)
7.) Oops, looks like I made another gray-skinned treasure hunter. Definitely not intentional. :P
8.) For those patiently waiting for The Journey to get back online, I'll have you know that now that the aforementioned EB entry has been parted and the essential pieces for making SNOT bases are back in circulation, I will build and upload another episode just as soon as I decide which of a couple key plot points is the best to incorporate. I hope it doesn't scare you all that I don't really know what I'm doing. ;D
9.) :sigh: Another spaceship based entirely on the principle of, “You will sit here until you incorporate ALL these parts into one coherent spaceship!” I'm pretty sure one of the AFOLs in the recent IB seed part reveal mentioned something about that, and I totally know the feeling. Good thing my next spaceship was premeditated. ;)
10.) I'll upload the now-mandatory spacescene, detail pics, etc. when I get the time. :)
11.) I hope you all enjoy this! C&C is always appreciated around here as I need as much as I can get to feed Chrysalis and the Unikitties. ;)
I made a shot similar to this back around Christmas 2016. I wanted to try out a new lens - I sort of like this one much better than the previous! The warped bokeh really leads the eyes towards the light.🚀🌌
Just for fun I shrunk Benny's Spaceship down to see how small I could make it. Hopefully it's still somewhat recognisable.
A failed attempt to make a "breaking the fourth wall" presentation. I thought Flickr supported PNG transparency, and, well, it doesn't. :1

Hide your kids, hide your wife, hide your blood.
Fourth SSC entry.
Yes, I built a starfighter around a Fright Knights flag.
Please don't get on me about how flags are useless in space because of the lack of air.
Enjoy! :D

I wanted to build a compact but fully enclosed ship for these modern astronauts. Ended up being more complex than I intended (as usual). Now they just need a mothership to launch from! ;)

Brave-ish pilot Qurodo Xaggins enters the dangerous Mordor Nebula in his Sandstone < type fighter, Great Eagle.
He must shoot the One Lantern into the star forming at the center of the nebula so that the malevolent supercomputer within, Saurtron, will at last be destroyed.
Within the nebula, Saurtron's formidable army of Cyborcs and the chilling Nazgûliens await Qurodo...

All because someone mentioned hobbit starfighters in the 14x14x6 SSC thread, which just so happens to be what this is for. (And honestly, a hobbit was all I could fit in that tiny cockpit. XD)
Enjoy. :)

Yeah yeah, so I broke down and started early. So what!? :P
This is the bridge of my entry, the USS Lexington, a Legacy class interstellar supercarrier.
Next will be the hull framework, which is going to take awhile.
Also, you will note, I didn't use Photoshop on my building space, unlike some other people I could mention. ;P
Oh, and yes, that's a PAB cup full of 1x1 round tiles, in dark silver. Gotta love PAB walls sometimes. :P
