November 30 - I can manage microwaving dinner when it's all prepared. Here was red rice, homemade pickles, soy chicken, and 'sweet with heat' mustard.

The daily focus of my eJournal and images blog is on text, Here, I want to create something which will emphasize photos. I'll shoot and add an image each day. Doing so will remind me to constantly carry my camera and it'll be a more direct record of current, personal experiences.

Soy Chicken is as prevalent as, and almost always sold in the same shops as, Chinese Barbecue Pork. Although I do like it, I'd always choose the Char Siu instead!
