With loads from Empire mine, Sore 1 scoots south back to Escanaba MI. This was 6 years ago when this business was booming, Almost a year ago Empire mine shut down and sent out its last loads of Ore via the CN. CN has closed the docks in Escanaba and this line now sees only two trains a day.

A nubbin of rock peeps out of the calm ocean at low tide, waiting, perhaps, for the tide to return, and for some unsuspecting shipping...

Tripod mounted & filter free for the ever impressive 100-400mm telephoto.Shot from the cliffs above Solva harbour looking out over beautiful St Brides Bay.

Factory sick dogs.

This is the story of an fighter for animal rights and her tragic experience lived with her dog "Yume". It is a silent protest against the methods used by some breed dogs breeders. Methods as "inbreeding" directly affect the animal genetics causing them various ailments and chronic diseases.

A picture worth more than 1000 words.

Manly Beacon, pointing to new snow on the Panamint Range, went dark when a cloud floated by overhead. Zabriskie Point, Death Valley National Park, California, Feb. 2010.

Photo tip: Look for a comp that makes your subject stand out against the background.

A statue in Fort William - Scotland (UK), holiday juli 2017

This statue is at the end of the walking trail "the West Highland Way".

The 154Km (96miles) Route starts at Milngavie passes through Mugdock Country Park, follows the shores of Loch Lomond, passing Ben Lomond, through Glen Falloch and Strathfillan, crossing Rannoch Moor, past Buachaille Etive Mor to the head of Glencoe, climbing the Devil’s Staircase, descending to the Loch Leven before entering Lairigmor and Glen Nevis and finishes at Gordon Square in Fort William.

NOM8300. I have got a sore finger look mummy.

For Get Pushed R12, I was paired with the wonderfully talented :Elizabeth:. Check out her stream guys!

Her challenge was: "Your challenge is to play with the theme of 'games'. Taken in any style you wish BUT I want your shot to include a strong emotional or physical extreme to go with it - whether it's about competion, exertion, strategy, winning, losing etc., I want you to incorporate it in portrait (self or other) or in the subject."

Lemme be honest, I didn't realize that challenges were due today so I had to think fast. I got this quick shot tonight of my friends, Daylon and Tammy, who came by to visit so I thought I'd set up a scene with Daylon's chest set and hope for the best, lol.

I really don't remember what Tam was objecting to here but she looks like a most disappointed loser as Daylon is winning, lol.

This was such a stretch

Hope this qualifies Elizabeth!

A very fun 3 shot composite with Amanda

So traditional -- female teacher straps male hands. I never once saw a girl get strapped, although I was the boy in the drawing several times.
