ceker ayam

air es

saus kikoman

gula

garam

merica

taosi

ngohiong

pekak

penyedap

cabe merah

bawang putih yg duah dihaluskan

cara :

*ceker dibersihkan, dibuang kuku nya dan kulitnya.

*goreng ceker sampe kekuningan

*rendam ke dalam air es

*campur ceker ayam yg udah digoreng dengan sisa bahan diatas.

*simpan di lemari es selama 1 jam biarkan meresap.

*setelah 1 jam, masak dengan menggunakan Presto kira2 setengah jam.

*hidangkan bersama kuah dan nasi Hainan.

A instituição social Meninos Por do Sol, na Ceilândia, foi o ponto de entrega para a doação de 600 sopas. Ao contrário das entregas feitas regularmente em espaços públicos.

lagi pusing mo masak apa..nah ini dia hasil ceting sama mba Vit.

Dipikir-pikir ini bakmoy apa mie ayam , eh mending mie ayam ini malah kebanyakan tahunya ...hihi...pokoknya ini bakmoy nyeleneh...seadanya bahan dirumah..dan lagi bosen makan nasi..makanya bakmoy yg kucunya dimakan pake nasi putih aku ganti mie...

mba Vit thx resepnya..izin cc resepnya..

Bahan nya :

1 pack Tahu putih, potong2 dadu kecil, goreng 1/2 matang

2 pasang Dada Ayam, rebus, potong2 dadu kecil

5 butir Telur rebus

5 siung Bawang putih, iris2

1 sdm Ebi bubuk kering

Garam, merica secukupnya

5 sdm Kecap Asin Mushroom

7 - 10 sdm Kecap Manis (atau sesuai selera)

saus tiram...

Kuah Kaldu:

Sisa kaldu rebusan ayam

Bawang putih dan jahe tumis

Garam, merica, gula secukupnya

Minyak wijen

Daun bawang iris

Seledri cincang

Pelengkap:

Sambal Kecap

Air bawang putih ( gak pake, tapi katanya ini bikin tambah enak), bikin nya dari 2 siung bawang putih ulek halus dikasih 10 sdm air mateng

Cara membuat:

Tumis bawang putih hingga harum, tambahkan ebi kering, aduk rata.

Masukkan ayam rebus dan tahu, dan telur rebus.

Masukkan sisa bumbu, aduk rata hingga tercampur rata.

Kuah:

Panaskan kaldu ayam, masukkan tumisan bawang putih dan jahe serta bumbu lain nya.

Penyajian:

Taruh mie /nasi di mangkuk, beri topping bakmoy, siram kuah panas ...
