This is a concession stand at Pac Bell Park named after Edsel Ford Fong.
Edsel Ford Fong was born and raised in San Francisco's Chinatown. He worked the third and fourth floors of Sam Wo's Restaurant on Washington Street, while his brother Henry Ford Fong worked the first two. As head waiter, Fong greeted visitors by telling them to "sit down and shut up." He was also known for calling patrons retarded and fat, criticizing people's menu choices before telling them what they should order, slamming food on the table, complaining about receiving only 15% tips, and groping female patrons. He was also notorious for seating people with strangers, forgetting orders, cursing, spilling soup on customers, hazing newcomers, refusing to provide forks or English menu translations, and busing tables before diners were finished.

The encroaching fog striking the new Salesforce Tower in San Francisco with cool effect. I always thought it looked rather similar to IFC in Hong Kong (see right; took that photo in 2008). Salesforce Tower up to the 46th floor as of August, I read. When complete, this will top off at 61 floors and be the tallest building on the West Coast of the US. Architect is Cesar Pelli. They have dug a hole under the tower that is supposed to become a high speed rail terminus in the future, but funding has not been found yet to dig the rail tunnel connecting the current rail terminus at 4th and King to here. To the left of it is Millennium Tower, in the news recently because it is apparently sinking and tilting at a rate more than it should... The city blames the developer, while the developer blames the construction next door. #soma #somasf
