The Solaris Centre is situated at the South end of Blackpool’s famous Prom and is set in 4 acres of beautiful gardens.
The concept at the heart of the design is the carbon cycle and the whole garden is geared towards demonstrating how to offset the carbon dioxide produced during the creation of a garden.
The building also contains a conference centre and a very nice café and the whole place is dedicated to sustainability and environmental friendliness.
Solaris 8 is one of the ten original asteroid colonies constructed shortly after the Iron Reich’s galactic crusade through the Beta quadrant of Solaris. Each Asteroid after careful inspection was outfitted with propulsion jets and sub city infrastructure by G-Snot Engineering. Rarely did the IR outsource any of its raw production but considering G-Snot was and continues to be a firm that’s going places the Reich made an exception.
The Solaris Asteroid Base series was built around a modular plan to house anything from training grounds and manufacturing facilities to reeducation camps and raw ore distilleries. In 3008 shortly after the collapse of the Iron Reich this once desolate and abandoned rock was repurposed into one of the most successful entertainment venues in the history of Mannkinder.
