With it raining and very foggy out last night , it was a nice time to snuggle up by the fire. Enjoying it while it lasts! (All too soon we will be cranking on the A/C!)

Found a pair of Southern Boobook owls snuggling up in a nesting box. Hoping to see one or two more heads peeking out soon! Love is in the air... 😊 Perth, Western Australia
Get it? SPOONing? Cuddling?
Oh shut up, I'm too tired to be creative.
And SINCE I'm so FREAKIN TIRED.... This is your Day 50 too. Whoopity Doo. And I even Blogged It!!!! Well. NOT the spoons. But I blogged dammit. Snaps for me.
Sometimes we all just want a little snuggle! This baby gorilla was swinging on this branch for a while. He then got tired and decided to make himself a bed with some leaves. Halfway through, he fell asleep before he could even lay down! Kids!
"Addison" an 8 year old cheetah (Acinonyx jubatus) and one of her six cubs born on November 21, 2015. This is the largest litter ever delivered at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park's Cheetah Breeding Center. Four cubs are female and two are male.
The San Diego Zoo Safari Park is one of nine facilities in the Cheetah Breeding Center coalition. There are only 10,000 cheetahs left (with 10% in captive programs). Conservation Status: Vulnerable
What a week it has been both at work and weather wise.
Busy, busy, busy at work and the weather?!? We have had sun, rain, gale force winds, snow and sleet. Today we have blue sky and sun but you've guessed it the forecast for the weekend is rain and sleet. Just the kind of weekend to snuggle down on the sofa and watch a few old films:-)
I will also mention that quite a few of my contacts have been going through some really traumatic events over the last couple of weeks. I do so hope you all start having a better time of it soon xx
Anyway to the rest of you have a top weekend!
And a very Happy Furry Friday:-)
Two Mistle Thrush chicks snuggling in a nest containing at least 4 of these individuals, just after being fed with a juicy stack of big fat worms.
This was today and not so far away. I was very respectful of their space and left the site very shortly after taking this shot (although there may be more Mistle Thrush shots to come as these were one of the things I was trying for when I got the acrobatic Squirrel of the last posting). I'm enjoying my walks with Canon.
