While traveling the back roads across Oklahoma came upon this scene of a windmill on a farm after a snowfall.
Captured this landscape using a Canon EOS 6D full frame, Canon 70-200mm F/4 L IS lens.
Ziva the weather girl in the wood oven chimney supervising the snowfall on the roof.
Happy White Caturday, dear Flickr Friends ❅
And soon he will go for a walk in the snowy garden. He is not afraid of the cold.
Thank you for visits, favs and comments, it's greatly appreciated!

Some snowfall on Monday after a lovely spring-like Sunday. I don't mind, I know it'll come...the spring. Day 85/365
Hyacinth...
Good Friends came over for a visit after being away in Florida for two moths. They brought us a potted plant.
The Hyacinth is a very aromatic plant that when in bloom gives off quite the odor.
It wasn't long before my eyes were itching and the dreaded sneezing began. Allergies are something I have dealt with for most of my adult life.
So unfortunately we had to put the plant outside. Bad Plant!! Yesterday we had rain all day, at one p[oint in the afternoon I peered out the window to find the hyacinth covered in water drops. being one never to miss an opportunity to get a shot; I set up my camera with my 70-200 and started shooting. We had put the plant on our back deck in the snow.
Here is one of the shots. I will post more later as they really turned out well.

The Awakening...
The midwinter's sunrise is a spectacular event to behold. The ice cold atmosphere produces clouds that are thin and wispy. The golden glow of the sun rising creates a yellow and orange halo around the sun as it slowly rises and crests the horizon... Suddenly everything is bathed in its awesome glow and the hue washes over everything nearby. the snow glistens and sparkles in its radiance. what a wonderful sight to behold.

it is sunny, but the shadows of the clouds move over the landscape.../Ett snöfall, det är soligt, men molnens skuggor drar förbi över landskapet.../ Una nevada...hay sol, pero las sombras de las nubes se pasean por los campos...(DSC_2825-2)
It is still dark out, but we had a significant snowfall overnight, more significant than this one from about two weeks ago.
I like this tree (or is it trees?). I had a longer lens on at the time and couldn't perhaps find the very best composition, but I do like it well enough.
With a Stay at Home order in place, I won't be able to ramble far to take photos of the present snowfall.
