A female leafcutter bee, Megachile sp., shears a piece of Eastern Redbud leaf that she will use in fabricating her nest. The whole operation takes under 15 seconds, and she is choosy about which leaf she will cut from. Leavenworth, Kansas, USA, September 6, 2022.
I found after experimenting with different types of scissors that these are the most comfortable for steeking.

Had to capture my sons most tragic moment so far (he is three), the snipping off of dinosaurs fin which he felt compelled to do and then burst into floods of tears.
