Remembering Smashy Auto, which began life as the Argyle-Clark Garage in 1919. Known for its distinctive terra cotta and decorative heads, the building had a “suspicious” fire in April 2022 and was immediately razed to the ground the same day.

I think this is like the second time I have ever used this masher. I actually thought I was an utter genius for using this to mash them, and got a little carried away and then it splashed banana goo and admittedly, that was kind of gross.
I'm going to give it one more year. Things change. Flickr changed, I've changed, my associates on flickr changed. If I go, I'm not sure what to do, leave my photos, take it all down, etc.
Liberace (born Władziu Valentino Liberace, May 16, 1919 – February 4, 1987) was an American pianist, entertainer, singer, and actor who is best known for his TV shows and appearances in Las Vegas where he put on smashy glitzy performances. He was in business for well over 4 decades.
Liberace may be shunned as an average, if not pathetic, musician, but it is to his credit that he made classical music accessible to the general audience, and his influence on highly regarded musicians such as Freddy Mercury, Elvis Presley, Elton John, Prince, and many more has been tremendous and should not be underestimated.
This vignette (16x16 studs; mild overhang on the back side) shows Liberace on stage in one of his glitzy outfits.
A few notes (pun intended):
I conceived the piano some time ago after having bought 41101 Heartlake Grand Hotel. This set had a piano build included which was in desparate need of improvement.
Liberace's glitzy suit came in two parts: first by way of a Batman minifig included in 70838 Queen Watevra's 'So-Not-Evil' Space Palace and second by courtesy of Dr. Strange's Cloak of Levitation as included in 76060 Doctor Strange's Sanctum Sanctorum.
Actually the abovely mentioned Batman minifig simply cried "Liberace" the moment I tore the box open.
Spec Ops Brand THE PACK. Upright view here. I've removed the patch panel. Currently looking for a good bag that is more low profile.
where I spend every 2nd wednesday night...until recently. The building where volcano radio operates has been yellow stickered after June 13th EQ - which means we can't use it : ( Am hoping that we'll find new studio digs soon.
you can see there was a lot of lateral motion; my mom turned the car to the right, and the other car dove to the right unexpectedly, so our combined 80 mph of force probably reduced a lot due to that. still, smashy smashy.

The road trip continued!
Did a photoshoot with Timmy!
Went out and bought a pig and a half worth of BBQ ribs!
Travelled to the top of the Liberty Memorial!
Spotted this abandoned schoolhouse in the distance!
Google-Maps'd it!
Found an open door!
Explored all over the place!
Went back to Timmy's spare house!
Did a photoshoot with Maleah!
Drove halfway back to St. Louis!
Took a nap in the parking lot of the Ozarkland gift shop!
Drove the rest of the way back to St. Louis!
Collapsed in exhaustion into my own bed!

remember these smashy?
my original AAA solitaire LED upgrade died some time ago and I ultimately gave up on trying to find a replacement due to multiple sources telling me it probably wouldn't happen. Surprise surprise, they're being made again and are $9.99 each. Nice upgrade for the little AAA lights.

We've re-arranged our office so that it finally WORKS, and isn't just a badly-organized, feng-shui disaster mishmash of video-game playing and computer using and smashy rolly chairs.
That is to say, it still has all those things (and houses Nano when we're at work) but it does it a little more efficiently.
This is my new little corner! I'm not photographing the whole room yet because some of the art rearrangementi isn't done and there's a TV stand that badly needs buying.
Notice how there's someone's CRATE. Right THERE. And how someone has nonetheless settled down elsewhere. JERK.

This sucker has quite a variety of rich, intense............flavors? Peppery, coffeeey, chocolatey and sometimes smooth pistachio like finishes. Also, it was about 106 degrees on our back patio when I burned this guy, so I couldnt tell if the sweat on my brow was from heat or from the intensely rich smoke that was effecting the older more primative parts of my brain. This is a great cigar. I'll buy another.
Ry!, thanks for referring this. Ive been taking note of yours and mr. smashys suggestions.
