Notes: First, I snarl at the $2 price-increase on this plate in the recent two years(?) - If you notice, their website still posts this as $9.95. I hate it when restaurants don't update their websites!!
Second, the food: the spinach was very fresh, and quite a nice portion. For $11.95, there could have been a bit more smoked salmon and just a few more stalks (there were only 3) of asparagus. The dressing was nice and light, which I appreciated. Could have used a little more variety overall in the salad - throw in some feta, or more tomatoes or just some more of something. It came out lookin' like a stack o' green. Hardly even noticed the smoked salmon. *Grumble*

I, unfortunately, cheated today on my 21-day detox and it's only day 2. Sigh. I had a beer and got a headache. My bad! Bleh.
No worries, I will forge on and continue. This plate however met the standards of the paleo/primal sugar free diet. Yummy smoked eel with a poached egg and onion garnish. It was pretty good. I didn't eat too much cos I ate before dinner...despite planning and knowing I was going out. Duh!

This Vietnamese restaurant opened in August 2016. The previous occupant of this building was Dixie Donuts.
Sauteed spinach, pine nuts, raisins, and apples. Huh - I didn't remember the apples being in there, and you can clearly see them in this shot!
This was SO GOOD we ordered two plates of it. Very savory. The spinach must have been in the pan for like twelve seconds.
