Another image from my recent sunset ascent of Ha Ling Peak near Canmore, Alberta. The light was soft and golden contrasting with the blues and greys of the clouds.
I believe Mt. Buller is in the distance on the left, and close up on the left is Mt. Lawrence Grassi.

It's been quite some time since I've properly uploaded a concert photo, hasn't it? I've still been shooting, just not as much as in previous years -- other priorities have taken over for awhile.
Just got home from almost a month away shooting Bonnaroo and Glastonbury, so expect to see photos from both of those festivals uploaded here in due time.

Grundy- Solomon Grundy born on a Monday!
Klaus- We all know the rhyme, you undead abomination!
*Snowman freezes Grundy's arm and smashes it*
Grundy- Ow! Why you hurt Grundy? Make Grundy mad!
Klaus- Ah. Lester, you have to activate the Cloudburst stat!
Lester- Me? Why?
Klaus- Because I'm running from an undead zombie, Cypher's fighting a talking gorilla and the rest of our group is stuck in a nightmarish tea party!
Lester- ... I get your point.
Klaus- Good la-Aaargh!
*Grundy grabs Snowman's legs and starts flailing him about*
Grundy- Grundy smash!
*Lester runs to the Cloudburst and, realising he has no clue what to do, he calls Klaus*
Lester- Uh, Kristen? What button do I press?
Klaus- *over comms* I'm a bit occupied at the moment!
Grundy- Haha! Grundy crush Frosty Man!
Lester- Ok then Lester. So you're on your own. Big deal. You can still do this.

Cypher- *You have a magnificent hide. I look forward to mounting your head on my wall*
Grodd- Savage! You are a filthy, insignificant speck! I, on the other hand, am Grodd
Cypher- *You're also as unintelligent as you are hairy.*
Grodd- And just how, pray tell, is that the case?
Cypher- *You're ignoring the floating, empowered exterminator behind you.*
Otis- Boo.
*A massive ring construct sends Grodd flying off into the sky*
Batman- Cypher, where are the others?
Cypher- *I last saw The Electrocutioner heading towards the central belltower. The Snowman on the other hand was being pursued by the zombie*
Gaige- Huh?
Batman- Electrocutioner's found the Cloudburst and Snowman's fighting Grundy.
Gaige- Ah.
Cypher- *Learn sign language. It's a valuable skill*

Computer- Before activating the dispersal system, please first remove the previous sample.
*Lester takes the fear gas capsule out of the Cloudburst*
Computer- Now please insert the sample into the port bellow.
Lester- Simple enough.
*Lester plugs the antidote into the Cloudburst*
Computer- Thank you. Beginning final preparations in Ten. Nine. Eight. Seven. Six. F-
*The countdown stops, Electrocutioner turns around to see the cables slashed. Before he can react, a scythe goes through his chest*
Crane- You just couldn't leave enough alone could you? You dared to presume that I would leave this device, this Magnum Opus of mine, unguarded?
Lester- ... I know, I was being stupid...
Crane- It goes beyond stupidity Mr Butchinsky. It's fear. It all comes back to fear. In your haste to activate the device you failed to mind your surroundings. You feared you would be too late to stop me. And, as it turns out, you were right. Everyone tries to avoid facing their fears at one point or another but you can't run forever. We all have to face that final fear. The fear, of death. Such a shame that you should die here, sacrificing yourself when you needn't have had to. Now you'll always be remembered by those who knew you as just that. A failure.
Lester- *cough* You really like talking, yes? Well, you're wrong. I'm not a failure...
*Lester charges his gloves, and grabs a hold of the Cloudburst, charging it up*
Lester- I'm a Misfit.
Computer- -ive.
Crane- No.
Computer- Four.
No... no no no no no! No!
Computer- Two. One. Cloudburst activated.
Crane- ... No.
*The orange clouds burn away, revealing, at long last, the beautiful, blue sky. All around Gotham people start recovering from their hallucinations and walk outside to rejoice and bask in the sunlight*
Miranda- Did... did we do it?
Drury- Yes. Yes we did! C'mere!
*Drury and Miranda kiss*
Gar- Gross.
Floyd- Right. I'm off. I expect my check in the mail.
Spider- I better go too. Share a cab?
Floyd- Ha. "Share"
Gaige- How's about a drink, Anatoli? I've saved some Vodka in cas-
Anatoli- Wait. Where's Lester?
*The group run to the Belltower, Lester in a puddle of his own blood, Scarecrow, on the ground, in shock at what has just transpired*
Crane- Defeated... by an idiot... A pack of idiots... I was... I was so careful
Anatoli- Get out of the way. Lester
Lester-... Hello. Comrade. I'm a little worse for wear... sorry.
Anatoli- Forget about it. Stay with us. Klaus will be here soon, he can patch you up.
Lester- No.
Miranda Lester ... We can still get to the pit, there must be some way to-
Lester- You misunderstand... *cough* I don't need to live. I've died before... I can do it again...
Anatoli- Don't be stupid. What about Uglich, hmm?
Lester- Who needs Uglich when... when you have this. Just look at the sky, Anatoli. Look at this place. I never realised how beautiful it all-
Anatoli- Lester! Lester! ...
Drury- Anatoli, I'm sorry, I didn't realise the two of you were close.
Anatoli- That's the thing Mr Mayor. I barely knew him at all. It's just... I broke my promise.
