Well, after some photos of relatively new NCT buses, an old one decided to make an unexpected appearance. Former NCT Volvo Olympian 456, now with Skills Coaches, heading along Lower Parliament Street and about to pass what I assume used to be its old depot when it was with NCT.

This Scania N113 orignially served with Veolia Cymru in South Wales, but is now in the ownership of Nottingham based Skills Coches of Bulwell. Like most of the Skill's contract fleet is wears a bright yellow livery making it visible from some distance away. The bus is pictured on Eastwood Road, Kimberley, Nottingham en route to Kimberley High School on the morning run.
Taken a few weeks ago at Terrigal watching the super moon rising.
I entered this along with a few other images in the annual 5 Lands Walk Photographic Competition here on the Central Coast and am very pleased that this was in the final eight images and awarded a Highly Commended. I had another given the same award and the black and white shot posted a bit earlier "5 Minutes at the Skillion" was awarded 1st Place!
After the madness of the last few weeks I am so happy to have a burst of sunshine (or moonshine as the case may be) to brighten things up a bit.

The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, first published in 1989, is a self-help book written by Stephen R. Covey. It has sold over 15 million copies in 38 languages since first publication, which was marked by the release of a 15th anniversary edition in 2004. The book lists seven principles that, if established as habits, are supposed to help a person achieve true interdependent effectiveness. Covey argues this is achieved by aligning oneself to what he calls "true north" principles of a character ethic that he believes to be universal and timeless.
