Snowbird offers the 2,500 acres of skiable area that receives an average of 500 inches of snowfall per annum which is so far the greatest outside the Cascades. No wonder that the resort was ranked 2nd best resort in the entire North America. Their world-renowned ski school at the Snowbird Mountain School also made it to the Top 100 list of the Ski Magazine.
