I found these sketches a few days ago after 4 years at the bottom of a box full of old notebooks, books, photos and many other forgotten stuff. The final drawing's been posted for quite some time.
Encontre estos bocetos hace un par de dias luego de 4 años en el fondo de una caja llena viejos cuadernos, libros, fotos y varias otras cosas olvidadas. El dibujo final ya lleva bastante tiempo posteado.

Some of the masters sketched out the individual items they would put in a painting. I just made that up--but I majored in Art in College so I know it is true of some artists. I am in a very exhausted state once more and we continue to wait for the new baby--hopefully soon.
Not so tough are you now Rich?
Note: I'm pretty sure I swiped the basic design of that dinosaur from somewhere but I've no idea where.
Uploading sketches I did a few months ago that led to a new piece I'm finishing up. Final piece is almost ready to show!

The Bridgewater Restaurant and Zebra Lounge. This is one of the oldest buildings in town. I has been a general store, rollerskating rink, screen printing shop where reproduction Victorian wallpaper was made, and back in the 1960's the upstairs was the local Elks Lodge. Now it is a restaurant and lounge down stairs and a couple of apartments up stairs. I,m told that the upstairs floor is not level, so as to accommodate the banked turns of the old skating rink. You can see evidence of this by looking at the ceiling in the restaurant below.
The men of Geary's division thought they had been given an impossible task when asked to climb Confederate-held Lookout Mountain on November 24, 1863. But they did it, forming a vertical line up the side, then turned and, still more or less in a line, moved forward in a sweep around the side of the mountain over rough terrain of ridges and boulders.
We got a taste of climbing upward over the rough terrain on the 1:00 ranger hike. At one halt a participant alerted the ranger about two possible casualties who had fallen far behind. While the ranger went to check, I sketched. The man on the foreground is sitting on a rock jutting from the slope; the others shown are standing on the narrow trail.
