This are six workdrawings by Robert McGinnis. I think all for the same Cover. But wich one?? Drawing with courtesy of Michael Vosburg. Any help appreciated!
Sketches made of the sounds heard within various museums. Drawings are made on site at the museum, with eyes closed, according to a pre-determined time. Drawings use an evolving symbology to represent the sounds heard, making the drawings both aesthetic objects and collections of data.

This morning I sketched at Gaiety Hollow which is a private house and garden across Mission Street from Bush Pasture Park in Salem, Oregon. I threw everything I had in my bag at this one.
Strathmore 400 Series Watercolor paper 9x12 inches (22.9x30.5 cm), blue watercolor pencil for layout, 1 inch flat brush, and Daniel Smith watercolors, Faber-Castell Gel Sticks, Arteza Real Brush pens, and Dr. Ph. Martin's Pen White ink in a Molotow 2mm empty pump marker.

Sketch map of the area near Pucará in the Intag region of Imbabura Province, Ecuador.
Drawn in 2005 after several months working and hiking in the region tracking Spectacled Bears (Tremarctos ornatus)
The guards will not let me sketch. Many people, therefore no stationary in front of the works, nor standing in a corner, no leaning against the wall ... I managed to sketch a little in the middle of all these heads, the guide who speaks with passion (the interpretation is very very free on the reproduction of paintings by Caravaggio ... I can not do everything together at that stage). The exhibition was great.
sketched from a photo by vedats posted here on flickr. Now going to work up this or a version of it into a textile.
