Been trying to set the timer now on my sketches so i can see how long does it take me to draw. I've been always such a slow drawer and I really, really have to do something about it! It loosens my hand too with is great!

I was drawn to the similarities I saw here to a pencil sketch, with the shades and shadows of gray. If you would like to see it larger and on black
The upturned wheelbarrow is turquoise and rusty, in front of a dilapidated garage. The camper in the adjoining yard is yellow and shipshape. Such is the range seen in my non-homogenous neighborhood in Cedar Falls, Iowa. I'm trawling for images to do more sustained wax pastel drawings. I love the stuff I find walking down the backside of properties from the alley. April 15, 2015
